Select the photograph/s on which you would like your
portrait based. You can find some advice on choosing
a photograph here. You may combine 2 or more photos if you wish to include
multiple figures in your portrait. If you're not sure how effectively this
will work I'd be glad to take a look at the photos and mock up a rough composition. |

Tell me! Let me know what you'd like to commission by
either filling in my online order form, e-mailing
me (simon@portrait-art.co.uk), telephoning or posting a completed printable
order form. It's up to you whether you send me your photo/s at this
point or wait until I have confirmed your order. I accept photos as either
e-mail attachments or original photos by post. Please read my photos
guidelines for best results. |

I will acknowledge receipt of your commission by e-mail
(or post if you prefer) and confirm a price. I will also give you a projected
completion date. Completion date will depend on how large the portrait is
and current workload but a typical timescale from receipt of photo to completion
of portrait is around 3 weeks. If you haven't already
done so, you will need to send me your photo/s. A 50% deposit will be required.
Payment may be made by cheque or secure online payment via PayPal.com. |

Once I have finished your portrait, I will e-mail you
a scan for your approval and payment options. If you don't have an e-mail
address I can post you a printout. Final payment will be due at this point. Once
I have received full payment I will post your portrait, usually via Royal Mail
Special Delivery (UK residents). |
